Why does my New Jersey tax form NJ-1040 have the following incorrect/invalid information on page 1?
“Federal extension filed.
The address above is a foreign address.
Your address has changed.
Death certificate is enclosed.”
its also on my 2024 form.

Those items are on every Form NJ-1040. It doesn't mean that they apply to your tax return. They are options that can be selected if appropriate. If there is an X to the left of the line it is selected. If there is no X it is not selected and is not in effect.
