Earnings from a non-resident state is usually taxed by that state and also by your resident State. Tell us more about the states involved and type of income -- wages/ self-employment or what ?

I had Turbo Tax pay my state taxes out of my federal refund. However, I just had a debit from my account paying my state taxes. How do I get this resolved?
