Why can’t I open Arizona state tax? I have the 2019 Deluxe version. I am getting the loop screen telling me to install Arizona state form and I did it already.

You should be able to use this as a work around:

1. Click on the white Forms icon toward the upper right corner. 
2. Select Open Forms, toward the upper left corner. 
3. Search for Form 140, under Arizona Tax Return.
4. Open the form by highlighting it, and then selecting Open Form in the lower right corner of the pop-up box.
5. Select Step-by-Step in the upper right corner.
6. You should be able to click Edit to the right of Arizona and start your state return.
