Why can't I locate rent paid in state return. I live in wisconsin

Just after the screen Untaxed Out-of-State Purchases? you will see the screen Homestead Credit. See the screenshot below. In that section, you will be able to enter your rent.

Also, in the screen Take a look at Wisconsin credits and taxes you can select Homestead Credit. See the screenshot.
