Why am I recieving a statement from the Wisconsin department of revenue saying I owe $638.80

TurboTax receives no information of any kind from the IRS or a State after the tax return has been filed and accepted.  So there is way to know why you received the notice.

There should be a phone number on the notice you received to call if you have questions.
