Are you asking about your state refund?
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

No. I owe money and have paid, directly, using lines 83 and 84 in NYS IT-201. It was support to be an immediate electronic funds withdrawal (checking) but I seen no new activity in this checking account (after 4 days now). I'll keep waiting....I guess. Thank you.
@dcaler1 Your question was not clear. TurboTax only passes your payment information along to the state, but TT will never know if the payment was made. TT gets no information from the state after you file your tax return. Watch your bank account or contact the state if too much time passes without the debit being made from your account.
