Where is “Here are your options to file”?

Turbo tax has suggested that I do Not file my state return until it updates the app in Early April. Unfortunately, throughout the review process I am seeing no option to not file my state taxes along with my federal. I do not see a “here are your options to file” page as suggested by Turbo Tax.

I have the same issue.  When I called the customer service person said she is getting this question a lot.  Apparently, the link "Here are your options.." is not active or missing.   She said she is writing a note for IT - but no information about if or how it gets answered.  I had already paid for both, so I cannot delete my state....NOT good.

Yes same issue!! I have payed for Deluxe and State so I cannot currently remove state... hopefully they can fix this soon. Glad to hear that you’ve been in contact with customer service! Thanks

I have figured it out thanks to another post on here..

When you go to E-file... select File by mail at the bottom right.

this will then prompt the options screen Where you can then to choose file your state taxes later

THANK YOU!!!  TurboTax should pay you for offering this information.  The clerk last night, had no idea what to do.  She was not trained to answer questions about the software.  I felt for her, working late on a Saturday night.
