Where do i enter tax withheld (i.e. paid) in my Maine state return, line 25b,Real Estate withholding payments?

You should enter this in the federal section where you indicated the sale. It will flow to Maine. Here is how:

Federal
Income & Wages
Investment Income
Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, other...update
Edit the sale. See screenshot where to enter taxes.
