Where do I enter 529 contributions on my Iowa State Return?

During the IA interview in a section called "Adjustments" the will be page in that series of questions, with a whole long list of various adjustments, and 529 contributions is one of them.

I keep getting an EIN error preventing me from filing my KY state return. The 6 digit EIN is the same as last year but I added 3 leading 0s but still get the error
