Where do i deduct long term care premiums in 2017 virginia state return?

Virginia only allows this deduction if you have not taken the deduction on your federal taxes.

To enter in TurboTax

Select the State tab. 

If you did not already take the deduction on your federal return, enter the premiums on your state return on the page, Long-Term Care Insurance Premiums Paid.
