Where can I find New York City flexible benefits program IRC 125?

Hi there, this is my first time filing state taxes as New York resident as I lived in CA before  2024. Please advise where I can find the number below. My W2 has New York official address of employer though I work remotely from my rented apartment in New York. Box 14 of my W2 is empty. Thank you.

If you do not have an IRC 125 entry in box 14 of your W-2 then there is nothing to allocate. Don't enter anything on this screen. Just click Continue.
