The form list says that it is ready for efile and print. It might be a good idea to clear your browser's cache and cookies and see if the update goes through.
Here is how to clear that information.

Clearing cache and cookies didn't work. Guess I will call customer service. I saw one suggestion to delete and reinstall Turbotax, I don't want to unless that's the only way to get this resolved. Never had a problem with Turbotax in all the years I've been using it, this is very frustrating.
Same problem here with CT1040. Found this but have not tried it:
Can you try to do a manual update?
Here's How: Manual Update
I know two professional CPAs and they use high-end tax software. They both told me that the got the new forms from the State of CT but still can't efile. I don't believe the problem is with Turbotax, I believe it is with the State of CT. You might want to get in touch with CT to solve this problem, by reading the community boards you can see a lot of Turbotax users are getting very angry.
I contacted Customer Service and was told that ALL the CT 1040 forms would not be ready until Feb 13th. It is a problem with the State of CT, not Turbotax. I believe you can efile with CT if you owe money, not getting a refund. Clearing cache doesn't work if you bought the software for download.
I recently bumped into this issue as well on Feb 14th. I couldn't find access to my CT1040 form, I'm hoping this is the correct information, i'd love to complete filing my taxes asap. Thanks for the insight on your communication with customer service.
You need to uninstall and then reinstall your TurboTax Software.

hi
if i uninstall desktop software after entering all the data, does the data (txt file) remain on the computer? Do i need to copy the file?
As long as you save the file to your computer, you can uninstall and reinstall Turbotax and the file will be on your computer (saved in documents - check). I had no problem but the reinstalling did not work for me, still can't e-file CT.
I was unable to file because TurboTax said that the CT-1040 form was not ready, so I signed up to be notified by email when they are ready, but when I got an email saying that they are ready I updated TurboTax and got the same error again.
I have done this 3 times now over the course of 2 weeks...please tell me how to fix this if the CT-1040 form is ready (which the email says it is), or fix how to fix the TurboTax notifications so that they don't tell you a product is ready when it is not.
When you say you have done this 3 times now, what is this? Have you uninstalled your software, restarted your computer and then reinstalled your software?
Thanks! Installing updates from TT did NOT fix the issue (not did attempting to re-download the state), but uninstalling TT2024, downloading the latest installer (different from the one I initially downloaded), and then reinstalling TT2024 DID solve the issue. Wish they could make a product that works like it is supposed to! This solution is a pain and should not be necessary, but it works...much appreciated!
Unfortunately the only fix is to uninstall the software. Was on phone with rep yesterday. Allegedly lots of security is causing incomplete updates from state forms. It worked and I’m all set. Don’t worry, your data is not in software folder.
