When it comes to insurance, is it correct that I am not claiming the premiums out of my paycheck biweekly?

When it comes to insurance, is it correct that I am not claiming the premiums out of my paycheck biweekly?
That would be correct if the premiums were paid with pre-tax dollars. Generally if you are in a group policy through your employer the medical premiums deducted from your paycheck are pre-tax dollars.
