I actually called the WI DEPT of Revenue on this today and they said it was a good question. After 5 min they came back and told me to send it to Wis Dept of Revenue, Tax Processing Bureau, PO Box 268 Madison, WI 53790. They indicated that the address on Turbo Tax (Box 8977. Madison, WI 53708) is an office that closed two years ago. So use PO Box 268 and zip 53790
