When are Minnesota State refunds being sent out

It's  been  over  2 months still no state refund

Are you asking about the Homestead Credit Refund or Renter's Property Tax Refund?

State refund times varies. Per the Minnesota Department of Revenue: "Every refund we receive is different and processing time will vary. You can follow your return through our review process by using Minnesota's Where's My Refund? system."
