What is the North Carolina Individual Form? And why doesn't turbotax have it ready?

NC must approve TT's versions of its forms before they can be released..

State forms are rarely finished before the middle to late in January...EVERY Year.

If you wait at least until 1 Feb, and usually most are done, but sometimes a few state (or even Federal) forms need additional work...a lot depends on how many changes each state legislature made during the preceding year....worst cases are when the state legislature makes a change after the new year has already started.  NC did that one year and it was a disaster...
