What is part D line 2? I’m trying to submit my taxes & this does not apply to me I don’t think

Can you clarify a bit more.  Which form or topic?  Is this a state form?

Since my Federal went through fine, I’m assuming it is referring to my state tax form.  I did collect unemployment for about 4 months due to Covid.  I couldn’t find any box D so I chose box or line 2 & entered that amount and it went through.  I’m still waiting to hear if it was accepted by the state.  My federal was accepted. When I did not enter anything it would not let me skip it.
