The cada certificate is from Colorado. It has to do with Agricultural Asset Lease Deduction.

How do I clear the question about my CADA certificate number?

For Online  - must use a browser, not the app

• Open your return in TurboTax
• Click on Tax Tools (on the left)
• Click on Tools (right below it)
• Click on Delete A Form (in the center)
• Scroll all the way down and delete Form 104AD
• Continue with your return

For CD/download software

• Open your return in TurboTax
• Click on Forms (upper right)
• Click on the 104AD on your Colorado return on the left
• Click on Delete Form (at the bottom of the View Pane)
• Continue with your return

This should delete any information that TurboTax has for income adjustments in Colorado.

NOTE: if you had any other valid income adjustments in Colorado, you will need to re-enter them. Check your CO return before you file.
