If you are using TurboTax Online, you need to log completely out of the account you are in now if you prepared and filed your return from that account. And then create a new account, with new username and password, for the person you need to prepare a return for. If you prepare their return in the same account you are in now, it will overwrite yours and it will be lost with no option to restore yours.
