What are the tax rates for income for the state of Maryland for 2019 for making estimated tax payments?

Currently, the 2019 Maryland Tax rate is the same as 2018:

Maryland's personal tax rates begin at 2% on the first $1,000 of taxable income and increase up to a maximum of 5.75% on incomes exceeding $250,000 (or $300,000 for taxpayers filing jointly, heads of household, or qualifying widow(ers)).

In addition, MD has a local tax based on the county that you live in.  For the 23 county tax rates, click the screen sot box below.  Nonresidents are subject to a local tax rate of 1.75%.
