What address does a full time RVer use for obtaining the solar credit for new photovoltaic system?

I use my brother's address in VA for mail and as address for 1040.  However I am a full time RVer.  I am attempting to get 2018 credit for my photovoltaic system.  There is no fixed address for my primary home, the RV.  Looking for advice in providing address for where installation occurred.  I guess I could use the business address that installed the solar system.
