No, TurboTax doesn't know what part if any of these adjustments belong to each state. If the adjustment(s) was(were) something that occurred over your time in both states, you have to allocate based on the time in each state. If the adjustment(s) only occurred while in one state then apply the entire amount to the applicable state.
