We live in WI we are snowbirds in Fl . We are in Fl on 12/31/2017. They are asking when we became residents of Fl. How do I say we are still residents of WI?

You'll still be residents of Wisconsin even though you vacation in FL. If it is indeed a vacation for the season, don't state that your living at anytime in Florida.

In other words, you should not have to enter any dates related to your temporary living in FL if you are a permanent WI resident.
