We e-filed New York State Tax Return on Feb. 16. It is still marked as pending in Turbotax, while my account in New York State Tax HP, it is marked as already filed.

Is there any system issue in Turbotax?

Sometimes it takes additional time for TurboTax to receive status updates from the states. Once the system receives the update, you will see it in TurboTax.

I received a notification from IRS , while checking out progress of refund.. IRS needs more information. Is TurboTax able to get the information on what IRS needs?
