As a Connecticut (CT) resident, all of your income is taxable by CT regardless of what state you earned it in. If you earned income in Massachusetts it is taxable by MA. You need to file a MA non-resident tax return. CT will give you a credit on your CT return for taxes paid to another state. When you complete your state tax returns in TurboTax you should complete your non-resident MA return first, and then complete your resident CT return. This is so your credit for tax paid other states will calculate correctly.
