W2 12W entered a part of 12DD

My employer entered the amount they contributed to my HSA as part of the amount in 12 DD and did not include anything in 12 W. How do I enter this in Turbotax?

That is a pretty significant issue, due to the strict limitations on HSA contributions.

I would recommend asking your employer for a corrected W-2 (W-2c). If they refuse, call the IRS at 800-829-1040.
