I have efiled both my Federal and State returns, and when I go to the print center my Federal return is there, but below it says my Virginia return is not currently available because some forms are not finalized yet. What forms do they mean ... never had this before and this year is no different from other years.

It may be that some of the forms in your Virginia state return are ready to e-file but not yet ready to print and file by mail. This may be causing that message. The IRS is still finalizing some of their forms and because states depend on the information in the federal return, they often have a delay in some forms at the beginning of the tax season. This year there have been many changes. After they finalize, of course, TurboTax needs to integrate the changes.
Please click on the TurboTax Help article below which shows state form availability, and then select your version of TurboTax, and click on Virginia. It shows some forms are currently available to e-file but not to print and file until Feb 17th. If any of these forms are in your return, please try again after that date.
State Tax Forms Availability Dates
Problem solved ... on the 17th of Feb when I opened TurboTax it updated and then the problem was solved.
Thanks for the help ... but if I had known earlier this could happen due to some updates in the Virginia return not being finalized and when i might be, I would not have bothered you.
