I completed a Missouri individual return and went to the post office to mail it certified. I used the address as follows:
Missouri Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 329
Jefferson City, MO 65105-0329
The post office says the address is invalid and they can’t accept and process the envelope.
This is the exact address on the TurboTax prepared return and on the MO website. MO automated chat says the address is correct and I should contact the USPS. No MO live chat possible!
Called USPS live support and was told the USPS shows the MO department of revenue zip as 65102, not 65105.
Not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions appreciated.

According to the Missouri Department of Revenue, if you have a balance due on your Form MO-1040, mail the return, payment, and all required attachments to:
Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 329
Jefferson City, MO 65105-0329
If you have a refund or no amount due, mail the return and required attachments to:
Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 500
Jefferson City, MO 65105-0500
Here are the instructions for Form MO-1040 for reference.
Maybe call one of the MO tax folks numbers and ask ...maybe it's a recent change
Balance Due: Phone: (573) 751-7200
Refund or No Amount Due: Phone: (573) 751-3505
I ran into the same issue. I used the chat option for DOR, and the agent said that 65105 is correct and that for whatever reason USPS has issues with their address. She said to use this address instead if you have trouble with the other one when sending Certified:
301 West High St., Room 102
Jefferson City, MO 65101
It's the mailing address for express/overnight packages for the Taxation Division. You can see it on the DOR web site's Business Tax Contact Information page at: https://dor.mo.gov/contact/business-tax.html
Update: After posting the reply I went to the post office to drop my return off, and the guy at the counter confirmed said the ZIP is correct and said they can bypass the warning.
