You will be taxed by Utah as a full year resident because you did not move until January 1, 2019, which is after the tax year.

The IRS website said it needs me to verify my return/identity & I can't do that without the letter they say they sent out bc I need the 14 digit number from the letter in order to verify it's me. I've never received a letter from the IRS. Help.
