I am trying to file my S-Corp return for VA. I am required to efile, but unable to file. The program keeps looping to review the documents but does not indicate any errors or information to update, change, etc.
The only error that does show up is schedule 502A. It ask me to select an apportionment method, but the VA guide states that I do not need to select one based on my status.
I do not know want to do. The program is up to date. It was updated today.
I am getting very frustrated. Please help.

Follow-up:
Delete Form 502A.
I read the VA 502 document. If all of your income is made in Virginia, there is no need to apportion your income. Therefore, you do not need to complete the form or file it.
If TurboTax has you stuck in a loop that will not let you efile, but will not will not let you select "No Entry" even if it is the right answer according to VA 502 Section A guidelines, then just delete it. You do not need to file it anyway. Afterward, I was able to efile with no problems.
I am posting this solution since no one has answered this question the 4 other times over the last 2 years it has been asked on this forum and Turbo Tax help is nonexistent even though they advertise live help on television.
Thank you for providing the answer. I've been going in the same circles for the past 30+ minutes. TurboTax needs to fix this glitch. It's happening again with the 2022 Turbo Tax program.
