Unable to efile AZ State taxes

I have already received my Federal Refund and I an unable to E-file my AZ state taxes.  I also paid the fee of $25.00 which I would like to have refunded back.

Big Glitch that TT should have fixed quickly and did not.

Please let me know what I need to do to receive my refund of $25.00

Although you can e-file your federal and state taxes together, if you choose to e-file your federal first, you'll have to wait until that return has been accepted before you can e-file your state.

Once your federal return has been accepted you should be able to e-file your state return. 

To e-file your return:

1. In TurboTax Online, sign in to your account.
2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
4. Select 2020, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right area).
5. Select File in the left menu (expand your browser window if you don't see this, or select the menu icon in the top left corner).
6. On the Just one more step screen, follow steps 1 and 2 if you haven't already.
7. Select the Start button to the right of Step 3.
8. On the Let's get ready to e-file screen, select I want to e-file.
9. Follow the instructions to e-file your return.

Your fix did not work and I will have to probably mail my state return, so I am requesting a refund of the $25.00 I paid.

Very disappointed.
