In the past two years, Turbo Tax has required users with newer computers to lower their resolution to see the Online Payment Page for state purchase. The Continue Button and hyperlinks do not work on this page. Another fix was to use Turbo Tax in administrator mode.
Trying to complete my state efile for 2022 tax year and neither fix is working. Have spent literally hours more than once on the phone with Turbo Tax support with no resolution.
Anyone else having this problem and what's the fix?

Thanks, I’ve already tried clearing cache, deleting cookies, updating windows, changing resolution and %, changed browser from edge to chrome, ran as administrator, nothing works .
