I work for a company from WA state, but live in PA. TurboTax ignores the income from WA because they don't have state tax taken out. How can I get it to include it?

It depends.
What are you trying to do? Are you trying to report the Washington wages for Pennsylvania?
First I recommend checking your W-2 form, boxes 15-17. See what state is listed there. This is what should be reported on your tax return. Is it possible your employer did not list PA or withhold taxes?
If so, you may need to contact your employer to correct this information for next year.
Since you are a resident of PA, you may need to enter PA as the state code to ensure you are taxed correctly on your state return.
Thank you for your answer. My employer was a small business & the bookkeeper probably didn't realize what she had to do for out-of-state residents.
The bottom line is that TurboTax did not say how to deal with this situation. It asked if I had out-of-state wages — I answered yes, but it wouldn't let me put WA because they have no state income tax — that should be fixed to include states like this one. I finally got through to a TurboTax accountant on the phone who explained where I had to add the info. I ended up starting over at least 5 times to get it right, or at least I hope it’s right. This was extremely frustrating.
