For the new solar tax credit in New Mexico, form TRD-41406 and the certificate proving eligibility must be attached to the state return. Turbotax asks me to attach those forms, which I do. However, when I get to the point of reviewing the return, they aren't there. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't want to submit the return if they aren't there as the state will reject it or deny the tax credit. I've tried deleting the forms and resubmitting them several times, but they never show up in the final review before transmitting the returns.

In your scenario, my advice is to print the New Mexico (NM) return and mail it with the required attachments. Select the mailing address based on your tax return.
The exact same thing happened to me. In Turbotax's rejection message, it said it could not find the documents at ... well that's because I moved them not knowing they take them right off of your computer where you downloaded them. I'm going to leave them right there until I get my refund.
