Turbotax desktop business 2025 state download stuck in a loop

I'm using Turbotax desktop business 2025 and trying to install the NY S Corp state. I went through the payment option but when it comes to the download step I get the message ('Software is up to date') but the state is not there. I tried it multiple times but I get the same message. It's stuck in a loop.

I tried running the TTCleanStates tool to uninstall the state but it made no difference. 

Based on what I'm reading online this problem has been around for a while. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? My PC is running Windows 11.

Thanks for the response. I applied the manual update but it made no difference. The loop problem persists.

I am having this same issue.  No matter what I do I cannot uncheck the box.  I've updated everything to the latest software download.  

Please let me know when there is a fix.

I am experiencing the same loop problem.  2025 Business Desktop NY State Partnership, running on Windows 11.  I have the latest updates applied, including the one I was notified about today.

Same boat, I uninstalled the 2025 copy then reinstalled with no response. The NYS S-Corp return wont download.

same problem...ran their clean tool to remove stat stuff...reinstalled...same problem...something is wrong!!

I'm having the same problem, did NYS Tax and Finance Release the updated forms, AI tells me that State forms often dont become available until late January/ early February...

When logging in through the Expert Assist option on the web based TurboTax platform, the system at least generates a specific New York State error message upon attempting to initiate the state return. By contrast, the Windows desktop version is significantly more confusing, particularly for a user who has not previously navigated that interface. It appears only that the relevant form has not yet been released, but the web based platform at least makes that fact apparent. The desktop version does not, and TurboTax should do a better job of clearly explaining this issue to users on the desktop platform.
