If I purchase Deluxe Fed & State program to load on my computer, can my daughter load the program onto her computer using the key code provided when I purchased the software package? Also, will she be able to download her Ohio state tax program onto her computer, at no charge, along with me downloading my state Pennsylvania tax program onto my computer?

@Rambo70 - no. the license agreement doesn't permit that. WHat the license says is you can load the software on unto 5 computers that YOU own and YOU use. So if you want to do your daughter's taxes on your computer that is within the license agreement, but sharing the software with others is not permitted
You question was 'can' she do it. So practically it's doable, but contractually it is not. if everyone did that the cost of the software would be prohibitively expensive for all of us, so please don't do it!
As for the other part of your question regarding state programs.....your software included the program for one specific state. of your choosing. If you need the software for a different additional state you have to pay for that state program. It will cost about $45 for another state. In addition, when you use the CD/download software there is a fee to e-file each state return. Before March 1 it is $20 to e-file the state; after that it goes up to $25 per state e-file. You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print, sign and mail the state.
