Turbo Tax won't efile NYS return because Box 1 of 1099G is empty. The 1099G was for a taxable grant. Box 6 is filled in.

If you reported the 1099-G in the "other 1099-G Income" section under "other common income," and it is still generating the message that it won't be e-filed, I would advise putting $1 in box 1. Should resolve your e-filing issues and it wont create a flag with NY or the IRS.
