Turbo Tax H&B is not pulling out of state W2 information from federal return into my state return? Only the in state W2s are showing & I see no where to add the others.

If by "in-state W-2s" you mean those that have that state's postal code and tax information in Boxes 15 - 17, those are the only W-2s that are needed for that state's tax return. 

Most state income tax systems take your federal AGI as their starting point. The information from the W-2s serves only to verify in-state earned income and to provide the amount of state income tax withheld.
