Track NY and PA state mailed returns when we owe to NY but no refund requested

I have filled and generated my NY and PA state return documents; printed and mailed them as TurboTax recommended. Now, how I can track them.

The NY Check Refund Status page helps only if we requested refund where in my case,I owe to NY state and no payment/refund for PA state.

Appreciate if anyone help on this to track NY and PA state return status, and accepted or not.

Well if you didn't put some kind of tracking on the mailed returns then you will probably not ever know about the PA return  but the NY will cash the check.
