I THINK I read that I needed to send a copy of my LA return to MS(I am a MS resident). Is this correct?

If so, any particular method or form to attach to LA return when mailed ?

This is probably accurate.  I was a LA resident who worked in MS and had to submit a copy of my MS taxes each year to prove that I had paid them as a non-resident.  Better safe than sorry.
