There is a serious mistake in TurboTax State of RI return.... what TurboTax asks you and what the State of RI instructions tell you are very different!!! Who do I tell??

You'd call Customer Support. Describe the problem to them, and then they would work thru it with you to see if it really a software issue, or whether it is just a miscommunication that needs clarification...IF they determine it is a software issue, they will issue a work request to get it fixed.
