I use TurboTax premier as usual. This year, I do not have Form MI-1040-V though I owe the state tax. Any glitch in the software?

For some reason, this years TurboTax Premier does not have Form MI-1040-V though I owe state tax. Any issue in software?

There are no known issues with that form and it is available in the software.  Please make sure your software is up to date.

You can also try switching to Forms Mode and scrolling down to your state return.  Then, select Open Forms and search for the form to manually open it (make sure you are searching the state forms and not the federal).

Also, here is also a link to the printable version of the MI-1040V if you need it - (its the same form, its just not pre-filled with your personal information)

Click "Form" >Open Form> 2018 Michigan> expand to MI-1040V, you see only the blank work sheet but the data slot is blue when clicking. You can trace to the supporting form but cannot bring the data to the MI-1040-V form. This form cannot generate another MI-1040-V form to send with money. The above is a solution as long as MI-treasury department can read my MI-1040-V.  Need more study before eFiling.
