The state of maryland offers a $100/kWh credit for plug in vehicles. how do I get that? i don't see it automatically added. nor are there any questions about hybrids.

Maryland offers an excise titling tax credit of $100/kWh of battery capacity up to $3,000.
However, because it is an "excise titling tax credit" you do not get this tax credit through the income tax return, but by a separate application to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.
