The state dept of revenue claims they never received my tax payment for 2024. However, the funds were withdrawn from my bank acct. How can I rectify this issue?

This is for a PA tax return. How or who can I contact at the PA department of revenue to see if they can research an ACH trace number to validate that the payment was made?
