The location of one of my surgeries was 114 miles away; do I could all the miles there and back for each time traveled (pre-op, surgery, and two post-op appointments)?

Medical mileage is deductible on Schedule A,  at 18 cents per mile, if you itemize your deductions.  If you take the standard deduction then you can not deduct your medical miles.  TurboTax free does not support Schedule A, TurboTax Deluxe does support Schedule A.
