The business I worked for was located in Louisiana but the 1099-MISC has a Mississippi address , I also have a 1099-NEC from another business in La what state do I file?

File returns in your home state (where you live) and in the state where you physically earned the income (where the work was performed). It does not make any difference where the Payer was located.
