I assume you are missing your state refund check. If you are, you need to contact your states department of revenue (or taxation) and report it as missing to them. They will be able to assist you in gathering the necessary information needed so they can re-issue you a check.

I moved from 2660 e zachary ln campverde while in proces of waiting for my last year tax return by mail i never recieved it how do i get it sent to new address?

You have to enter a change of address with the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes
