Submitting a PA-40X - Do I need to send in 1099s?

I am amending my 2024 PA-40 (Part-time Residency) tax return because a subset of my income was not properly prorated based on the 7 months that I lived in PA.    There were no amendments to the original tax documents (W-2, 1099s).   It is just a matter or recalculating taxable income for PA.

In this case, should I send in anything other than the amended PA-40 and the PA-40X forms?

Thanks!

You don't need to send copies of W-2 or 1099s unless you received corrected ones.  In addition to the new PA-40 and the PA-40X, you should send any other state tax forms or schedules that changed.

Thank you.

Would you recommend sending in a "Worksheet" form if it indicates the changes?  For example, the PA-40 Line 1a Gross Compensation worksheet form.  I'm unclear if this is a PA form or a Turbotax form.

Thanks

Yes, I do recommend sending the worksheet.  In addition, a colleague of mine says that while not required, you should send copies of the W-2 and 1099s because the state is going to ask you for them if you don't send them.   She is from Pennsylvania so I defer to her best judgment.
