Stuck in endless loop CA Entering 593 onto form 540 line 73

So, Right after paying for the e-file it said I need to enter the number directly into like 73 form 540. The number is already there, but I typed it in again. And it says, okay, and then loops around and gets to the same spot. Help?

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past this snag,

• Try closing TurboTax,
• Compete a  disk cleanup,
• Restart your computer.  

If this doesn't work try this:

• If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
• If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
• If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.

Nope. Still stuck. I tried calling the help line, but it just said we're sending you a link to your email. I'm thinking I might have to paper file California because they want the 593 attached to the 540?

if you continue having problems, the best solution is to print and mail the return in to the Franchise Tax Board.
