1. Log out of your return
2. Try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cookies and cache, instructions on the links.
   • Internet Explorer
   • Mozilla Firefox
   • Google Chrome
   • Safari
   • Safari for iOS (mobile devices)
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
3. Log back into your return.

It did not work. I am working in a download TurboTax in my PC.

Did you update your program? 

"If you're on a PC, open TurboTax and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top. On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them."

I did it but it is taking me to pay. I already paid with deluxe edition

Do i have to pay for State Taxes if i already pay in amazon for deluxe + State 2019?

It depends.

Are you saying you paid for the TurboTax program by purchasing it through Amazon?

If so, it would depend upon how you purchased the software and what was included in your purchase.  Many times, it will include 1 free state return download for the forms but not the e-file fees for the state return.

I recommend you go back through you purchase to clarify what was included with your purchase.
